Yes, we will provide a written contract for you to sign, and we have a standard payment schedule:

  • 10% down payment
  • 40% payment on the day we begin work
  • 50% payment upon completion
If I sign a contract, when will construction begin?

We are usually able to get new projects started within a month after contracts are signed. Most projects span 1–2 weeks.

What are your busiest times of the year?

We are typically busiest in late spring and summer, but we work on outdoor projects all year round.

How long have you been in construction?
